Correct, unless they email their N279 discontinuation document to you before the hearing fee is due to be paid by them, so keep checking your inbox and spam folders for that discontinuation email, same as everyone else

The filing fee had to have been paid by yesterday so I phoned the court today. Apparently DCBL discontinued a week ago, but neglected to have the courtesy to let me know. I've asked for a copy of the discontinuance so I can post it here for your list, but in the meantime heartfelt thanks go to all who have contributed with my sorry saga. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a PPC-bashing successful New Year!6

Just on this now. No notifications of either tag on this thread (but alerted via the discord thread). Have corresponded with MSE Admin, who have contacted the forum provider, who (wait for it …) can’t find any problem. I’ve got to refer any examples to Admin (so here we go!).Thank you @ThisIsntMyNameEither for the copy of your NoD. Received this last week and it sat in my spam folder without me even realising. I was starting to sweat a bit but needn't have worried because of the phenomenal advice and support on this forum. I genuinely would have just stumped up cash to this lot without it.
