Obviously, given his case isn't about that. You'll be writing that bit (the facts) yourself but I am not convinced you are right about the wrong Tesco.

I’ve attached the PCN which is included in their witness statement and it states Tesco Leicester Narborough but the pictures taken of my car was at Tesco Leicester Hamilton.0 -

Just an update, the case was dismissed by the judge at the hearing based on the incorrect Tesco being mentioned on the PCN.
