Help with CCJ claim

I’ve received a CCJ claim letter dated 15/08/2025 for a Tesco parking breach.
The situation was that I parked in a disabled spot and on the first letter I received it was for the correct Tesco store. However, every letter since and also on this claim letter they’ve kept stating that the breach of parking was at another Tesco in my city which I’ve never been to for years and hence why I ignored the letters I got.
I’ve read the newbie guide but not sure what I need to do next. Can someone please advise me of the next steps I can take to get these charges cleared. I have attached the letter to this thread.
Thanks in advance

Have you acknowledged service of the claim?
If you haven't then based on that date it is possible you will already have lost the claim and have a judgment against you. Log onto the court site using the details provided in that form and check.
If the site does not show any judgement against you then acknowledge the claim today and choose any option to defend the claim.
Once you have that information come back on this thread.4 -
Everything really is on the newbies stuff,.
Do the AOS today if possible.2 -
Thanks for your responses. No judgement has been made yet so I can respond. Which option is best and what do I respond with?Thanks0

Only complete the AOS online on MCOL as explained in the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, by coupon mad ( so only the top yellow button for now )
Then look at the defence template thread, posts 1 & 2, again in announcements2 -

Something I picked up, assuming we have the same location.
Note that their signage, in Aug 2024 shows the PCN amount of £70. If you go back on the dates to August 2023, you can see it's still £70 there, and appears the same signage.
Gladstones appear to be, yet again, claiming for a PCN amount above the signage. https://maps.app.goo.gl/KvRP1bHPgPbnBP3563 -
Happens all the time with Horizon claims.
It's believed Gladstones 'front' the court fees and nobody is checking anything. Champerty?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Was the sign and PCN at the right Tesco for £80? Tesco is generally £70 as standard so £80 seems unlikely. Which Tesco was the right one?
