Hi. Me again. Im just looking to do my defence at the moment and had some questions if you dont mind? I can't find the original letters from the parking company to remember how long I overstayed for but I know it wasn't long. My appointment overran and as my battery on my phone had died I had no way of extending my parking. The car park had no option to pay by coins so I was reliant on my phone. Is this basically what I need to say or are they likely to not accept that as a reason?

You should not be admitting to anything,  so no

Its up to the claimant to prove their assertions,  do not assist them

Stick to the template defence by coupon mad

Let us see your draft paragraph 3, so people can advise you

You put what the Template defence says to put. We don't write that basic paragraph for people but there are dozens of linked DCB Legal threads on page 14 of the Public Consultation thread if you want to read some.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ive read the defence template and all the suggested things to put in paragraph 3 aren't relevant to my claim. From what I understood, in this bit I put the reason for receiving the ticket?
Sorry, I dont understand where you mean I can find the DCB threads? Where do I find those please?
