Hi. Me again. Im just looking to do my defence at the moment and had some questions if you dont mind? I can't find the original letters from the parking company to remember how long I overstayed for but I know it wasn't long. My appointment overran and as my battery on my phone had died I had no way of extending my parking. The car park had no option to pay by coins so I was reliant on my phone. Is this basically what I need to say or are they likely to not accept that as a reason?0

You put what the Template defence says to put.
