But only if the PPC issued a compliant NTK, which is why I have a thread of NTK pictures so we aren't asked to check them.0 -
Did you scroll down past the first post list to the next post (there are 14 pages in the thread atm)?1

Hey! I did scroll through the 14 pages just now (I feel a bit dizzy).
But reading through all the posts, can I just check with all of you if I can even use POFA for the below Letter Before Claim? They are saying "However, if you fail to make a payment or contact us to
discuss repayment, or provide reasons for non-payment by 25 September 2025, further collections activity (which could be,
where relevant, letters, emails, calls, SMS) will continue and the case may proceed straight to a Letter of Claim."
Can I provide reasons for non-payment at this stage? Is there a template I could use? (I didnt recive a PCN on the window for 3 out of 4 'fines'). I never contacted them
Thank you for all your support0 -

I have ignored the PCNs letters (unfortunately) and now i received from Bw legal the Letter before claim and zi have until 25th Sept to respond to them (not sure with what), if you could please guide me0 -
Sure! This is page 1
Please help me out with a picture of both sides then, and I will use yours as the example and we can tell you if it is POFA worded or not! Leave all dates showing.
Thank you for all your replies! I think that for the CPMS you only had page 1 so you couldn't confirm if it's POFA or notCoupon-mad said:POFA keeper liability potentially applies everywhere except byelaws and council land.

Post 2 of the NEWBIES thread or use the one in the MSE Guide linked at the top of the page. Either LBC template reply will do.
