Letter Before Claim from BWLegal for 4 PCNs

Hi all,
I have read the threads and the newbies posts for over a year now and I wanted to check if there is anything I can do regarding 4 PCNs from last year (or if I should just pay the fee since I have 4 of them and no excuse!).
To explain what happened: a year ago I have parked at work in the office car park, however, it was someone else's allocated bay (most of the times there are plenty of parking spaces, but apparently I parked on someone's space and they reported me to reception) on 4 days in July 2024. I have just received a Letter before Claim from BWLegal advising me that if I don't pay the PCNs amount of £400 plus their fee of £240, then I will receive a Letter of Claim.
Since I received the PCNs, I have never contacted them or appealed them (unfortunately, I have just ignored them, although the rule is to not ignore them!).
I don't have any excuse as to why I parked there, other than everyone at work parks randomly, but I was the unlucky one to get 4 PCNs in 2 weeks! When I received the first PCN, I stoped parking there, but it was too late by then (I didn't believe it's a real PCM because it was just a piece of paper that had written 'Parking Charge Notice' with no other information on it; also, altough I got 4 fines, I only had the piece of paper on my car once).
Is there anything I can do or should I just pay the fine? I am a bit scared as there are 4 PCNs, not just the usual one.
Thank you so much for your help!

Just to be clear can I suggest you post a copy of any notice left on your car, along with a copy of one of the PCNs redacting any personal info, such as reg number, name, address, PCN reference no etc.

Also these are not finest but are speculative invoices

Yes show us the thing you say only had PCN on it and no details! It's important.

I have just received a Letter before Claim from BWLegal advising me that if I don't pay the PCNs amount of £400 plus their fee of £240, then I will receive a Letter of Claim.
Errr, jolly good! A LBC is what you want!

And this is the letter I received on Sat from BWLegal team threatening with a letter of claim - all 4 PCn are on 2nd page. I never got back to them on any letters (because there are 4 PCNs in one, I am not sure if I can do anything other than pay the fee)

Whaaaat? There isn't a 'fee' or a bill here.

Even if you think you were (maybe) in a wrong bay it can't have been prominently marked, can it? And they failed to fairly alert you on day one with a windscreen PCN.

You don't just PAY private parking charges where four lots of £60 or £70 (i.e. added per PCN) have been disproportionately added to inflate the claim.

Of course you don't pay. Come on, you positively want a court claim form to sort this dispute out proportionately.

Sounds like you need to read post 2 of the NEWBIES FAQS thread again, as you are way off piste right now. I don't understand the thinking of calling it a fee or 'paying' an inflated scam.

Even if you didn't read post 2 of the NEWBIES thread on the forum yet, did you read the MSE Guide linked at the top of every page? Look what it says about solicitors LBC stage. It doesn't say pay!

I had another read and I found something about PoFA 2012- based on the below photo, how can I find out if PoFA 2012 applies to our office (similar to the Gatewick Airport scenario- just to find out if I can use the template from that to respond to the BW Legal letter)

POFA keeper liability potentially applies everywhere except byelaws and council land.

But only if the PPC issued a compliant NTK, which is why I have a thread of NTK pictures so we aren't asked to check them.
