Ignore unless you get a court claim
Inform the parking firm if you move
Get on with your life
Have a good weekend.1 -
Thanks @ChirpyChicken.Just for my understanding, am I ignoring because it’s UKCPS or because it’s non-PoFA?
How likely am I to get a court claim? And if that does happen what next?0 -
The Google images are out of date, so primarily there are UKCPS signs now?1

You are ignoring because no appeal will work, nothing to do with Pofa2012 or one specific company
The pictures are out of date, but we know their M.O due to other trap sites like Piccadilly
Read a dozen or more court claim cases on here over the last 12 months to understand the process
They have started litigation this year, there is a recent ukcps case that was discontinued this week, so study that case2 -

The amount of years ago is irrelevant, because the parking companies have 6 years to issue a court claim, which is why they are all doing so at the moment, UKCPS , G24, Smart Parking, GBP Management, lots more of them, so anything from 2019 onwards, here is a recent UKCPS , Moorside Legal one you can study

If you found Piccadilly ones at 9 pages, including pictures or videos etc, then you are probably on the right track, even if they are 10 years old, nothing has changed in the last 13 years, these are within the 6 year limit

Those latter ones are typical trap site locations near the station Manchester, but there are numerous similar trap sites like the one near a station down south ( Hayes and Harlington, Highpoint Village ? ) but operated by another IPC AOS member, possibly PCM, on the station approach there, a notorious trap site

Dont over think this. Your ignoring it because thats all there is to do now
If you get a court claim come back as previously advised
But no point asking questions for hypothetically situation
There is honestly no need to spend any more time on this2
