NTK (Postal - Non PoFA) by UKCPS

Hi
Sorry for starting a new thread but I wasn’t 100% sure from the newbie thread if my Non PoFA NTK letter had any difference in appeal process?

UKCPS looks to be part of IPC.
I didn’t receive any ticket on the windscreen and this letter was sent after 14 days hence I believe the letter states Non PoFA?
They are trying to get me for parking in a No Stopping area for 2 mins whilst I was still in the car! Could easily say my car was having technical issues possibly? But I want to follow the best possible appeals process.
I believe my letter falls under the below section?
Thanks in advance. Please respond back asap
Postal PCN from a BPA or IPC member ? (i.e. with no mention of any windscreen ticket):
A postal PCN or NTK might be headed up 'Reminder' or 'Charge Notice' or it may even be a letter from a debt collector - it is your Notice to Keeper, in effect, if it's the first letter to arrive. No need to wait, appeal online as registered keeper (or as ''hirer/lessee'' if that's the case, see * below re lease/hire cars).
This is why not to name the driver (thanks to The Slithy Tove for this explanation):

IMHO there is no appeal on offer to IPC members because the IAS is considered a kangaroo court due to pro-PPC decision in 95% of cases. Yep. 95%.
Just ignore UKCPS. Search the forum for them. We even have a group thread about the scam at Manchester Piccadilly which will tell you all you need to know, even if yours wasn't there.Come back if you ever receive a claim form.
Do show us this joke of a non-POFA NTK though (both sides) redacted of your data but with the 2 minutes and dates showing.
You'd win if ever you needed to defend a claim because 2 minutes is clearly insufficient time to read any terms & conditions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It doesn’t state the amount of time I was parked there however I’m certain it wasn’t longer than 2-3 mins because I moved elsewhere when I got a message from my cousin to say they were delayed on the train.I’ll post the letter now once I’ve read how to post documents. So ignore the letter - Is this because it’s from UKCPS or because it’s non-PoFA? Also no point appealing saying I had mechanical issues with the car hence car was stopped there for 2 mins?0

Can I upload a pic deleting personal data or do I need to follow this? Think I have 20 points (posts) under my belt.NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE
To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.0 -

Just follow the advice previously given please0

Needs the other side too
You should replace that front picture after redacting the pcn reference number
The pcn is NO STOPPING at a site near a Leeds train station, but similar to the Gateway House in Manchester Piccadilly mentioned earlier
Follow the advice by coupon mad, ignore them unless their solicitors get involved3 -
Updated pictures including adding the back thanks. So simply ignore? I’ll do a search and read up on Manchester Piccadilly.2

Btw I wasn’t in any yellow boxes or red lines etc!0

But still stopped on a private bit of road that is controlled by the private parking company UKCPS
The Gateway House, Piccadilly is a similar trap site, but near the station in Manchester
I suggest that you try to download the pictures and post them on here, redacted of course, so no VRM details but leaving the dates and times showing
Ignore until you receive a solicitors letter or a court claim in the post ( Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters , and texts , and phone calls )1 -
Google map pics. I went down this road, turned around and then was stationary on the side next to where the white car is (I think) then left in 2-3 mins without once opening the door/stepping out of the car!0
