Show us the pics and we'll help.

But first, please read the IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN (red heading) section in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread. The resource about WS stage, with a carefully put together list of recommended exhibits. The bit that nobody reads…!

Of course you'll already know by looking at that claim form that you will have the point to make in your WS that £130 wasn't on the signs. It was £100.

Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements, post 2, for advice about the witness statement plus Exhibits bundle stage

Seems a bit quick, because that court order also mentions the hearing fee deadline too

There are no WS templates here, just examples used by other members

  • Fee deadline is 4 days after my WS deadline! How many exhibits would you recommend? How many pages should I look at completing?

  • @Coupon-mad I hadn't even considered that!

Less than 50 pages, as many exhibits as required, no set number, saved as a pdf and emailed to both parties

"How many exhibits would you recommend?"

The ones I list in the NEWBIES thread in the section about WS & evidence. It's there to help everyone (including stopping us having to suggest exhibits on a case by case basis on threads). As I said already:
