Your WS is not about the PCN; it is only to include points in support of your counterclaim now so you are the 'Part 20 Counterclaimant'. You aren't a Defendant now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
