    Yes and cc to the local court, reminding them that the CC is still live.

    Your WS is not about the PCN; it is only to include points in support of your counterclaim now so you are the 'Part 20 Counterclaimant'. You aren't a Defendant now.

    I emailed the court asking when and how I pay the hearing fee on 23/12/25 (for my counterclaim). No response. I could write to them as well. Should I do that? Thank you.
