Now that is definitely a plan A result, especially where MFG are concerned, seems to me that their onsite rules and systems need relaxing and improving in order to allow genuine customers to go about their business
Add a link to this thread, plus a short summary regarding MFG etc, to the successful complaints group thread
Plus definitely fill in the current government public survey consultation if not done already, the system needs changing and regulation5 -

Dear Shweta,Thank you very much for your prompt response and for confirming the cancellation of Parking Charge Notice PCN xxxxxxx. I really appreciate the time and attention given to reviewing my dispute and resolving the matter in my favour.I also wanted to take this opportunity to provide some constructive feedback regarding the current parking time allowance at the Esso MFG Sixways site. During my visit, I found that the allotted time for customers collecting parcels or using other services can be quite tight, and it could potentially lead to similar issues for other customers in the future. I hope your team might consider reviewing this allowance to ensure customers have sufficient time to access services without the risk of receiving a PCN.Thank you once again for your assistance. I greatly appreciate your help and professionalism.Kind regards,
Khaggis.
And will link this into the success threads nowm thanks again for the help.6 -
Yes please post this in SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCs to help others with PCNs from the same location. Please tell people who to contact, when posting in that thread where it will get more views.
And if you haven't already, please join us to do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.See this thread:
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
