I'm not convinced they are. OP seems to be chucking around all sorts of claims in response to people pointing out that on the basis of his original account, there was nothing underhand about the boiler transaction.  Either that, or there was a lot more to the whole situation than he's let on.

I really cannot see why the OP has an issue. They seem to think they have been overcharged when from the information they have given they have not been, they are refusing to pay and are now making claims about bodies such as the police being involved which seem fanciful at best.
