Smart Parking unfairly taking me to court via DCBL. Please help!

Hi everyone,
I have been given a notice of transfer of proceedings. The claim has been transferred to the court for allocation.
Does this mean I need to go to court or there is still a chance DCBL won't push this further?

Standard stuff, as explained in the defence template thread and in post 2 of the newbies sticky thread in announcements
DCBL are not involved
Its going to a court, the court that you named, and a hearing date will be pencilled in by that court
But its unlikely to get to the hearing
