Yep that is fine. Once it is submitted:
FIGHTBACK ALERT:
Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.
See this thread:
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.

Hi guys,
I've submitted my defence today and received this email from DCB Legal 🤔 anyone seen this before? Looks like they're trying to settle it before it goes ahead in court! I'm ignoring 😒
Thanks!0 -
Who did you submit your defence to?0

I suspect that you may have emailed them with the LoC template ? In which case they replied ( so ignore )1

I haven't emailed them anything, just submitted my defence via MCOL. I had initially emailed them to complain on 6th August (please see original post) to which they have probably responded to now1

Yes, study the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements1

This is a standard letter; we aren't needed until WS stage. All other stages including (tedious waste of time) Mediation are covered in the first 8 steps, so we don't need to be shown this or the N180.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
