Smart Parking unfairly taking me to court via DCBL. Please help!

    Hi guys,

    My phone got damaged and I missed the mediation appointment. I received an email from them stating the case has been marked as Not Conducted which may lead to penalties or the judge ruling in the other parties favour. What should I do now?
