    here is it

Looks like a standard rejection template - its almost identical to one in the thread linked above. They even missed out the date of the charge issue in the first sentence!

and yes I completed the survey - highlighiting AS and providing the link to their website.

Thanks for that. Short template stuff. May as well be done by AI, it's that irrelevant.

UPDATE: The letters from ZZPS have been coming through, they have now stopped for how long I do not know. I had a text from QDR solicitors saying there was a letter awaiting my attention and I needed to click a link to access it. Obviously I did not follow this link as I would expect to be contacted by post. A week later I had a call from QDR and they would not discuss their clients legal matter without me first confirming my details, again I was not prepared to disclose my details and told QDR if they wanted to get in touch they could by writing to me. Googling QDR solicitors confirmed by suspicions https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/qdrsolicitors.com that they are a scam company and work alongside ZZPS.

Please show that text and the attached letter, which it is safe to open. I want to see it here please, so I can link it for the MHCLG.

These PNs are all over 6 months old now so they are statute barred but I am collating evidence of this sort of rogue debt recovery rubbish. ZZPS are known for it and the text probably came from them using QDR letter heading, IMHO, not really from any solicitor.

The initial letters were from ZZPS, then I have had a couple from GCTT like the one below. Sorry but I deleted the text from QDR I did not think at the time to screen shot it.

The 28th November letter from GCTT/ZZPS refers to an issue date of 17th July 2025 so it's statue barred on Saturday
