1p Mobile - how to tell how many minutes and texts left on monthly boost?

    Their live chat used to work for me, but the last time I tried it must have been about 18 months ago. I'm disappointed if they've abandoned it as trying to ring them is my last resort. An app with messaging would be great, but as you say it's swings and roundabouts. I want to be on EE network and I think it's good quality technically at a reasonable price and no monthly contract.

    I got a reply to my email after 2.5 hrs, which was faster than I was expecting so that impressed me. Apparently my boost still contains unlimited uk calls and texts, it is only new sign ups that do not. I have to say they don't make that very obvious from their online display, which was the reason for my original post to see if the online display is any different if you do have limits on calls or texts.

    1p do have some strange quirks, well done on getting a reply!

    Have you noticed that for £10 you can have a 25GB, 2000 mins and texts, or 50GB with unlimited mins and texts? I emailed and asked what the difference is, and was told there is no difference, ie. what you see is what you get!

    I am on their 50GB 30 day rolling plan. I don't really need that much data but have used more than the amount you get for £7.50/£8, so for a small amount more it means I can use data away from home without bothering with hotel/cafe/store WiFi, etc. as well as having 14GB EU roaming.

    Yes, they do seem to have an odd range of product offers. 4GB gives me a lot of spare capacity at the moment but it is good to know I can easily upgrade myself, without any hassle, if I need to.
