My switch competed yesterday and I’ve recited the text to tell me it has but I’ve not received anything afterwards like others have said they have got the text to say they are getting there incentive, I’ve called them today to ask if I’m on track to get it and they said no as my switch didn’t complete before the offer ended I’m sure this is incorrect can anyone confirm this, also did everyone receive the text to say they are getting the incentive on the same day as when they got the switch complete text or did some get it days afterwards?. Thanks.

No. 4 states: "The full Current Account Switch application must be successfully submitted through the Barclays app by 28 August 2025, and must complete within 30 days of you requesting it, including the £1,500 being paid in."

Started the switch on the 22nd august and all steps completed within 10 days or so.

Check that you've complied with all the conditions. If you have, complain to them and point out the terms and conditions.

Regarding the text saying you’ve qualified if you have done the switch too did you get it after the one saying the switch is completed (within hours) or was it another day?.
