I bought a Mother of the Bride dress in June. I contacted the Boutique and followed their instructionsto return. They received it on1st July. I have been in constant contact with them as I still haven't received my refund. They keep saying in processing. I don't know what my next move is please help as its an expensive…

If customers says to us that they do not have the required details.
We just advise send a email asking them to confirm that they have refunded on Date, amount & last 4 of card. A reply then shoots retailer in the foot 😜
