I'll be honest you'll get more useful responses if you provide better / fuller information rather than drip feeding.

Sorry if this is cynical, but...
Did you wear the outfit at the wedding but now want a refund as you won't wear it again, (aka showrooming)?
I used to work in the evening wear section of a large department store, and the number of outfits people would try to return having clearly worn them, not even bothering to air out or have dry cleaned to try to hide this was in some ways astonishing.
Dresses with fake tan marks, body glitter remnants, stinking of fags and booze, and sometimes damaged... despite the fact they allegedly "never left the carrier bag" (I'd say those dresses had quite a party in the bag!).
Frequently (if they were white/cream dresses) they'd be being returned by people with deep golden tans and right on the edge of the returns period.0 -
OP if you placed an order online it is likely a distance contract with the right to cancel, timeframes vary depending upon information given.
Would need to know date of delivery and what website?scoobadeedo said:They keep saying in processing. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0
