Given prices are expected to rise, of course any fixed tariff is going to be more expensive.Life in the slow lane0

Well spotted! Didn't expect another fix with the same name.jem16 said:
Yes so it’s working for you too.grn99 said:jem16 said:
Works perfectly for me and already on a fix.grn99 said:
Unfortunately, that link no longer "works" for myself (already on a fix), in that it only compares with Octopus standard variable. If I try via the app it asks me to try nearer the end of my fix (October). So much for no fix fees, if you want to move within Octopus, you're really being dissuaded from doing so; moving elsewhere is the only way out to other fixes available which is where I now look. Previously, Octopus fixes were also shown, so it's definitely changed.Lorian said:Here is the link https://octopus.energy/dashboard/accounts/youraccountnumber/tariff-renewal/#/
Change the youraccountnumber part
A picture = a thousand words etc.The top one is your current fix at £2049.11 annually.Underneath are the two choices you can make. On the left is the current fix you can change to at £182.33pm or £2187.96. On the right is the Flexible Octopus. No point in you changing to the new 12 month fix as it’s dearer than what you are currently paying but the option is there. As you say a picture = a thousand words.

Check the tariffs available to you on this website by scrolling down to the bottom and putting in your postcode: https://octopus.energy/tariffs/
Octopus released four or five different fixes last week and I kept changing to them as they were all slightly cheaper. They’ve withdrawn them now and reverted back to August v1 but there was a v5 at one point.Whenever I want to switch to them I always message them on Instagram or Twitter. They respond within hours.1 -
It’s always the same name unless it’s for a longer term.grn99 said:
