Is there any address, a friend, a business, a temporary accommodation that she can give until she has a permanent address?2

I don't think she should, now there is a live claim in play. Can't risk court post being delayed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Agree, now that I've read back; it's a long way down the line - Notice of Allocation!Coupon-mad said:I don't think she should, now there is a live claim in play. Can't risk court post being delayed.1 -
So the latest is that I got a letter on Saturday stating that CNBC are still waiting for the Directions Questionaire from me and I have 7 days to submit it, despite me emailing it to dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk on the 12th December!
Today then we get an email stating that we have a telephone mediation appointment on the 26th Feb! Confused to say the least, so they must have my completed DQ forms!
So with in the DQ, we stated that my daughter will be emigrating to Australia, so this has been completely ignored.0 -
no it hasnt been ignored, the mediation is irrelevant, take it or leave itmhart68 said:So the latest is that I got a letter on Saturday stating that CNBC are still waiting for the Directions Questionaire from me and I have 7 days to submit it, despite me emailing it to dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk on the 12th December!

So I called CNBC and mediation is mandatory and she will have to delegate this to me, even though she is in Oz!0

But we already knew all this (the forum advice covers mediation) and you can ignore the call. Or take it for 3 minutes, as the three examples linked in the Template Defence thread show you already.
There was no need to phone the CNBC. We know mediation is mandatory and that she can nominate someone. And that if you ignore the call it affects nothing. Stick to the first 8 steps. Don't go discussing her defence and offering money.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
