I guess you have a better o2 signal than EE where you are.
Well there had to be a good o2 signal somewhere!

With IOS18 and spusu it converts the voicemail to text and displays it on the front screen.

You can also press a play button to hear the recording.
No numbers need to be dialled.

On older IOS versions the phone number you need to dial is a hyperlink, so easy to call it just by pressing it.

No EE is slightly better, which is why I stayed with BT mobile for years, and then tried 1p Mobile. I only moved from the latter due to them changing to having a minimum £10 top up every 30 days.

It's only Spusu that I've ever had a number of connection issues with calls not coming through. It's disappointing as it looked pretty good, but it's not much use if it fails to pick up incoming calls on a random but fairly regular basis.

Now I'm paying more cash for less data, but haven't missed a single call since 👍

If you have a need for wifi calling then check their website for phone compatibility. As an example it doesn't work on Pixel phones.
Update - Spusu now allows WiFi calling on Pixel phones from model 7 onwards. Use their phone checker to confirm.
