They are all invested in global ETFs but split across Vanguard, InvestEngine and T212 which makes my overall platform fee cost low but as my total ISA holdings went over 100k last year, I cant shake that feeling that these providers are relatively new (Vanguard isnt but the UK entity feels nothing like the one in the US).Is this ownership change making such a move make more sense? Especially with the free regular transfers being on the table.
If you stick with ETF's, The Fidelity at £90 pa and HL at £200 pa could be a better bet as they both have better websites, customer service etciWeb wins if you have OEICs or Unit Trusts. The Lloyds and Halifax brands are both offering Vanguard LifeStrategy busting Ready-Made-Investments with an OCF of 0.1%, but there is also a £3 per month fee:I wonder whether they will come to iWeb too. It would be odd if the soon to be Scottish Widows brand was the only one that did not offer these Scottish Widows branded funds.0 -

I suggest that you ask them about it.The pricing seems to be similar, if not identical, to the old AJ Bell pricing structure, £180 pa + £180 drawdown etcIf you click on Charges on the landing page it takes you to a page that links to yours where they are described as 'AJ Bell-administered SIPP accounts'Is this stale information? It seems unclear to meHowever if you look at the factsheet at the bottom it talks about 0.25% capped at £16.50 per month but no additional charges for drawdown1

This page seems to suggest the new IWeb Scottish Widows SIPP is very similar to the existing Lloyds and Halifax SIPPs: www.iweb-sharedealing.co.uk/landing-pages/sipp-changes.html
(I can't post clickable links)
So like how Halifax, IWeb and Lloyds fundamentally use the same ISA platform but with slightly different charging structure, so will the SIPP.
It says the new SIPP is open for existing customers on 22 September 2025. I would think they would make it available for new customers at the same time or shortly thereafter.

Exciting news about iWeb!
When I moved from another provider and often wondered why iWeb didn’t have an app.
I’ve just been informed that a name change is underway and an app is coming soon!0 -
