Did you put that WITHIN the 10 paragraph template defence? Or did you only put that short wording in?5 -

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.See this thread: -

Hello, it seems DCB Legal are out to get me. I received another county court summons for another parking charge dated November 2021 for a car I no longer own. I cannot remember who was driving at the time as it was so long ago. Would saying that be good enough on the defence?0
-
Definitely not a summons, it will be a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, DCB Legal are probably chasing tens of thousands of people with outstanding invoices, so they probably dont even realise that they already have a claim against you in the pipeline, so please lose the paranoia
These are roboclaims, dozens per day, a monotonous chore for the employee ( probably Sarah Ensall )
DCB legal are bulk litigators for numerous clients, so your new claim could be Smart Parking or ECP or whoever
No, it's not a defence, it's a statement from a witness, you, the registered keeper at the time who cannot recall the details 4 years later
Please start a new thread about the latest new case, with issue date, claimant names and a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form, plus the name of the person who signed it on the back
And please edit your thread title to something more suitable like
Bay Sentry, DCB Legal court claim 2025, for this particular older claim3 -
