Group Nexus, DCB Legal court claim 2025, the driver parked in a disabled bay

Are there any photos of your car in the disabled bay? Also check their website for any (others) they have. Are they clearly showing the lines and markings. And a PS from me - don't do this again. Why do you think retailers employ parking firms? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Are you reasonably local to go back and check. Take plenty of photos, especially of bays where no signs exist.evasivedavid said:
