New Virgin fixed ISA

Shawbrook 1 YR Fixed ISA 4.31%?bagand96 said:Got a 5.05% Virgin ISA maturing at the end of the month... debating whether to go with Paragon's 4.28% or just open another Virgin at 4.16%.
Decided for ease I'd just stick with Virgin. Until it turns out I'd have to register again as a new customer (current ISA is 82 sort code, new issues will be 05)
If I have to sign up as a new customer anyway I may as well do it with the new bank at the better rate!
I understand it's historic based on legacy Clysedale or Yorkshire Bank systems, but it still feels like madness!0 -
I have found the same. ISA not visible on the app. On the website, two different log ins etc. A right pain, which I hadn't fully appreciated at the time, but not insurmountable.kipsterno1 said:The ISA you are applying for will not show up in the app. It sits on another platform. I have one and don't see it as a great issue as due to the fact it's a fixed term product I will only look at it when it comes to maturity.1 -
I was in the same situation, opened a Shawbrook 1 Year Fixed ISA today and requested a transfer from Virgin Money.0
