From experience, how long should I expect before I hear from the court regarding a date? Thanks

Probably a couple of months time, after you receive notification from the CNBC that the case has been transferred to your local civil court. Your nominated civil court will then write to you with directions

Should all be over with by summer

Last week I received the Notice of Transfer Proceeding from CNBC stating that the claim had been transferred to my local County Court for allocation. Today I have received a letter from BW Legal stating their client has filed a Notice of Discontinuance to the County Court (they enclosed a copy) and that their file shall be closed immediately.

Just want to say a big thank you for all the 'expert' information I received on this forum in fighting back against the scam claim. Lessons learned include remaining calm when faced with pressure from the 'scammers' and follow the process as encouraged. Keep fighting and get my success on your spreadsheet!

Unusual that BW Legal discontinued a 2 x PCN case. Very well done for seeing it off!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
