Hi, I was sent the Directions Questionnaire and had to file it by 03/10/25. I emailed the copy of the completed questionnaire to CNBC via their DQ inbox and cc'd the various emails available for BW Legal - this was sent on 29/09/25. I received an automated response from the DQ inbox confirming receipt of email the same day.
In the post yesterday (dated 06/11/25) I received a General Form of Judgment or Order from CNBC stating I had failed to file the Directions Questionnaire and that I had 7 days from service of the order to submit otherwise my defence would automatically be struck out without further order.
In panic I decided to sent the hard copy form via recorded delivery to CNBC which I understand to have been delivered today and resend the email as on 29/09/25. I again received an automatic response from the DQ inbox.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.0 -
