Vodafone roaming in Europe. Included or not

Yes thats the problem the app doesn’t show I do have roaming or not but my contract seems to say I do

Just an update on this, I went into a Vodafone store today and they also agree I should have roaming included so have escalated it to a complaint. They believe I should know an outcome in the next few working days so I will update accordingly. Also, they said I shouldn’t have had to go into a store and it could’ve been sorted on the phone so they will speak to the agent who I spoke to on my initial call.

Can 100% guarantee your plan has European roaming included. Was on a similarly worded plan a while back and it worked in the EU with no charges.

So Vodafone have come back with a resolution. They have put me on a 60gb plan with European roaming for only a couple of pounds more that I’m currently paying. They agreed the wording of the contract was probably incorrect and they’re not quite sure what happened with it.

So all in all it worked out well in the end thanks for the advice all.
