There is only one template defence and it is where @Coupon-mad has posted you to. If you can point to any other templates, we can deal with them or tell posters not to use them; are you sure you are not just seeing other posters posts that have used the template? You use the template in MCOL and, once you are happy with your draft, save it and then hit submit.
