Think i found a newbies thread with lots of red writing on does that sound right? 
 I have since been on phone to the courts as had no idea who, how much, when, why etc really.  So its a claim for £290 from smart parking. It is for the one i thought it was which is where i DID pay!!! So I don't know why I'm being fined. The legal company are DCB so I guess I just fill in the N180. 
I'm getting all tangled in threads, can't find these 12 steps. Not been on here before and there are sooo many threads about it.

Download the N180 DQ pdf document from the government website,  fill it in, save it,  email it to the DQ email address at the CNBC in Northampton,  job done
