@CrazyBee787 would it help at all to designate one or two days a week for treats/things for the house (eg Monday and Friday), and try to avoid spending or even looking online for things on the other days? If tempted, you could take the line that all you had to do was wait another day or so and then the spending would be OK if the things you had in mind still appealed. Just a thought? xxxCrazyBee787 said:Not today, I bought breakfast lunch and dinner as I was hungry when I went to get a roller tray and I also picked up some jugs, needlessly expensive £25!2 -
Thanks cathybird however I didn't know I needed the item until today, and I am desperate to see the decorating done in the smaller room - potentially so I can move in or a lodger to move in! I didn't plan to be hungry which led me to the shop but I should of had the idea that I would be! Also I could have done better had I gone to MDs straight away as she had what I originally bought, so I had to drive back and get a refund £27.75 refunded at least! I don't believe I need anything else now, I just need to decorate and get the room back in shape, I have a shop coming on Sunday however this has been ordered in budget so should be be able to get a few more NS days. I am trying and doing very well at failing, it is the nature of the beast. I do feel a sense of getting my head back in order so potentially things will improve. It has helped get control back getting a 0% balance transfer I was hoping to get a lodger in sooner then later, however the lady who contacted me has not come back again, so I assume she is no longer interested. Anyhow all will be fine I am sure of this. I keep plodding and trying eventually I'll be collecting those fabulous emojis, I am sure of it! 😘cathybird said:
