They've sent my details through to Vodafone, and say I should hear back eventually. Will let you know how it goes.

Giftcloud emailed today to say Vodafone have confirmed my eligibility and they'll be sending my code through within a few days.

Just to close this, I received my code yesterday and have now credited the £145 voucher to my Amazon account.

(Various retailers were offered but Amazon was better for me.)

I will happily do the same again in 24 months time

How long did it take in total from ordering/installation to receiving the voucher?

If my order had tracked automatically, it should have been paid after 120 days (4 months).

It wasn't, and I didn't chase for another month. Once I gave all my order info to Giftcloud, they sent it to Vodafone for manual tracking. This added a week or so to the process. So in my particular case, it was getting on for five months total.
