    They're all rubbish. They just buy them in bulk off Smart (so they get £20 or so for each unpaid ticket, so about £8000 a month say).

    DCB Legal pay £14,000 in court fees

    Half probably get paid straight away, or later in the process at mediation = £54,000

    = £32,000 profit a month for not much work from just one PPC. Plus defaults and leads sent to DCBL.

    Five biggish parking companies on the books = £160,000 a month.

    You can see how this core business makes them nearly £2 million a year.
