    So I'm confussed with the newbie thread do I submit on the dcol and also email it to DCL Legal

    The defence when completed and approved is copied and pasted into MCOL into the defence template box, saved,  then submitted 

    This will be after you drafted it as 11 paragraphs   ( not the basic 10  ), so it's renumbered 1 to 11

    Thats it, nothing else,  no emails, no paperwork!

    Not sure what information is needed I thought I'd upload this dropped case I thanks everyone who helped me and if you want any more info so this can be added the DCL dropped case thread please let me know.

    Just add a redacted picture of the N279 discontinuation document that was attached to that email
