New neighbour blocking access to my garage in separate block

    Unfortunately if I blocked him in, the other garages in my block would not be accessible. There are four other garages in use and two vehicles blocks the access completely, otherwise I would not hesitate.

    Could you modify that approach to have the note say summat like, "Sorry for parking here, but van Reg XY5 1ZX is blocking the access to my garage, so I have little choice. Please call 01234756585 if you need me to move my car."
    Respond instantly to a neighbour needing access, but in slomo if it's WVMan.

    It is a little difficult as I can walk to my local shops and also walk each day. It would just be my luck that they would want to go out when I am not there.

    Possibly, but again you'll be exposing the WVM as the ultimate miscreant. And WVM will have clocked your car parked in front of him, and your message to others too.
