Half hourly export data?

I got a smart electricity meter almost two years ago and ever since I have been checking my half-hourly import readings using the Loop app. and periodically downloading them, currently via the Glowmarkt website: https://glowmarkt.com/home . Recently my meter was granted an export MPAN so I would like to be able to view and download my export data in the same way. Is this possible and if so, how?

Thank you very much, @michaels . I registered with Equiwatt on Friday but so far en3rg,com will only show me two data points for electricty consumption. And what gets downloaded is a zip file containing a .csv file inside a folder called "consumption" inside a folder called "electricity". Does the export data come in its own .csv file? Do I need to input my export MPAN somewhere; if so, how?Reed0

Here is the start of my production file. As far as I can remember I have only ever registered/logged in using my import MPAN. Until the registration by equiwatt is complete you may not get data - I started to get empty files after Hugo stopped linking with n3rgy. Do you see equiwatt as being 'authorised' when you log in to n3rgy?Device Id Timestamp Value Hidden 01/06/2025 00:30 0 01/06/2025 01:00 0 01/06/2025 01:30 0 01/06/2025 02:00 0 01/06/2025 02:30 0 01/06/2025 03:00 0 01/06/2025 03:30 0 01/06/2025 04:00 0 01/06/2025 04:30 0 01/06/2025 05:00 0 01/06/2025 05:30 0 01/06/2025 06:00 0 01/06/2025 06:30 0 01/06/2025 07:00 0 01/06/2025 07:30 0.001 01/06/2025 08:00 0.009

There doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in this topic but in case someone comes looking in the future, my problem appears to be with my export (SEG) provider, E.on Next. It appears that although they want customers to get an export MPAN, they don't actually use it so I don't think it has been registered with my smart meter. As a result, neither I nor E.on Next can view my export readings remotely.
Please chip in if you're an E.on Next SEG customer and this doesn't apply to you, i.e. you can do what I cannot.Reed0 -

Please chip in if you're an E.on Next SEG customer and this doesn't apply to you, i.e. you can do what I cannot.I'm with Octopus and I can see my half hourly export data through my online Octopus account (I don't use any third party options to access my data). If that is the cause and it's an issue to you, switching to another supplier such as Octopus would at least get your MPAN registered.Do E.on Next ask for occasional meter readings for your export? Presumably if they've not registered the MPAN, they can't get any export data from your smart meter, which seems odd.

Yes, E.on Next ask for meter readings, accompanied by a photo. Ideally (for them) this is one reading every 12 months but they will make up to four payments per year.Reed1

Whereas with Octopus you get paid, automatically, every month.0

I don't see export meter reads with eon although do with n3rgy as above. However it was not eon who set up my export mpan, that was OVO many years ago. I previously had Seg with Scottish power who could also read the smart meter export register.I think....0

E.on Next tend to do things in a strange way. For example, their Next Drive tariff could be accomplished by assigning two rates to the meter, one for midnight to 7 am and the other for the rest of the day. But they don't do that, you can't look at the meter to see which tariff you are on at any time; it seems they make the calculations retrospectively from the half-hourly data. Perhaps there is a reason for this but I don't know what it is.Reed0

If you check here you can see whether your export MPAN is registered on the meter ..

Bright should show your HH export data if the meter's properly set up.
