Half hourly export data?

Thanks Qyburn, that was very helpful and I get

"- No Export MPAN configured"

just as I thought.  It's odd because E.on Next were very keen for me to get an export MPAN and their first application was rejected by the DNO, possibly because my installation predated the use of G98/G99 certification and E.on Next weren't familiar with such circumstances and did something wrong.  But their second attempt was successful and I do have an export MPAN now.  It just hasn't been used.
