Email came from appeals@paymyparkingcharge.com(Looks like from the website where I submitted the appeal to - the company that sent it seem to be ZZPS)

Dear ZZPS,
I did appeal. Wind your necks in. You must treat my submission and concerns as my appeal.POPLA Code please or you'll be reported to the BPA and I'll use this case as an example for the MHCLG to support the ban on DRA fees. You offer no service whatsoever.

OP have you had anything further on this?
I've also received a PCN from BridgePAM, on my windscreen, on 29th August.0 -
Hi! Just to update - first appeal was rejected a few days ago so I've started drafting my POPLA appeal. Is there anything else I should include (I think I can also mention that the font size on the actual signage is tiny).I've also just heard back from DVLA re my initial complaint and they've essentially said:---Bridge Security Ltd had a valid reason to access DVLA data because it was still operational, despite being in the process of liquidation.
However, the company no longer has access to DVLA data because it does not have the required trade association (ATA) membership.
---I will be escalating this complaint to the Head of Complaints (stage 2) as I don't believe a company can continue to operate/trade while being in the process of liquidation (essentially my original complaint!) and this response feels like a brush off - please also let me know if there's anything else I can add here. Thanks for all your help!5 -
