I'm just about to submit the appeal (I added the point around the Bridge Security Ltd/the Creditor being in liquidation in addition to the POFA noncompliance), but when trying to submit the appeal online I still have this mandatory question:

I've had a response back from the DVLA - the company that made the request was Bridge Security Ltd (the aforementioned company in liquidation).4

Ask a similar question of the BPA or IPC (whichever has this firm listed as a current AOS member).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
