Now I know they have narrowed the image but that space is oddly marked because it has no hatched lines on one side.
BTW, please don't post DCB Legal's reply (please spare us seeing it again!). Just search the forum for the VAT acronym they use.
Just wait for the inevitable N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton, which is not a CCJ. No risk as long as you defend. It's actually easier than appealing.

It's vital the Government hears from Defendants with unfair OCNs who are threatened and frightened by court:
