Now I know they have narrowed the image but that space is oddly marked because it has no hatched lines on one side.

BTW, please don't post DCB Legal's reply (please spare us seeing it again!). Just search the forum for the VAT acronym they use.

Just wait for the inevitable N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton, which is not a CCJ. No risk as long as you defend. It's actually easier than appealing.

More imminently, it's vital the Government hears from Defendants with unfair PCNs who are threatened and frightened by court:

Please bookmark the main thread linked in that link. Come back in August to take part.

We need to drown out the twisted and lying 'alternative facts' from the parking industry and their relatives posing as ordinary motorist consumers.

You are telling us they LIED TO YOU on the phone that not paying £170 will damage your credit rating.

    That's shocking rogue practice.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Has anyone had experience with DCB Legal Ltd? I've received a letter of claim from DCB Legal Ltd Solicitors about parking fines I ignored from UK Parking Control Ltd as I wasn't parked incorrectly like they are stating.

I called DCB Legal Ltd in Runcorn, Cheshire and asked them if I didn't pay would it go against my credit rating and he said yes.

I asked them if they were definitely going to take me to court if I didn't pay and he said yes.

Do I need to pay the fine?

Just a reminder and a heads up that I've written some guidance on that thread.

Any questions on the Consultation please ask - on the dedicated thread - but I've covered up to question 20 already in that first post, openly telling everyone what I'm going to put and/or what sort of evidence you might wish to use for your response, if you agree with what we'll be saying from our experience.

Whilst your answers must of course be your own, there are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people may not think of without our guidance because we see cases every day and we know the legal background.

However, people like you have lived & breathed the intimidation, greed and unfairness first hand so your voice is needed!

As @Gr1pr writes, post the issue date of the claim form and we can give you some information about your deadline for AoS and defence.

For goodness sake, I've now received a general form of judgment or order from the County court civil national business centre! It says I have failed to file the Directions Questionnaire, is that my court pack which I filled in and sent? I have to download a N180 form and send - does this mean I have to go to court?

    Please can someone help me?
