Help! DCB Legal Ltd Letter of Claim for unpaid parking ticket

Options
Has anyone had experience with DCB Legal Ltd? I've received a letter of claim from DCB Legal Ltd Solicitors about parking fines I ignored from UK Parking Control Ltd as I wasn't parked incorrectly like they are stating.  I called DCB Legal Ltd in Runcorn, Cheshire and asked them if I didn't pay would it go against my credit rating and he said yes.  I asked them if they were definitely going to take me to court if I didn't pay and he said yes.

Do I need to pay the fine?

Its not a fine,  its an invoice from UKPC, plenty of experience with them on here,  thousands of posts

DO NOT PHONE THEM AGAIN,  stay on here and follow the advice here

Email the LoC response template seen in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  second post , to DCB Legal

Then wait for the inevitable N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in a month or two

A CCJ Is not inevitable,  read the newbies thread, second post

Do what I said and don't go off piste again  !  Simples  ( I already helped by telling you what to do   )

No use crying over spilt milk, no more phone calls

Then read the replies and links in the following similar thread

That was my second reply,  to give you added information to digest, my first reply was quite clear,  but you seem to have ignored it,  so here it is again,  in bold

Email the LoC response template seen in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  second post , to DCB Legal

Then wait for the inevitable N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in a month or two

My reply today in that link also stated the following to that victim

Wait for the Letter of Claim from DCB Legal giving you 30 days notice,  then email the Loc response to DCB Legal,  also confirming the correct address for the service of papers

    Yes you can. Everyone can.

The first page of the forum, with the NEWBIES thread pinned near the top, is one click back. See my signature below. Tells you where to click. Even if you are new, and even on a phone, you're there in a nanosecond.

Post 2 of the NEWBIES thread is the second post of it (as you'd expect...) and is also now headed 'Post 2' in red.
