    12 months from issue of code. However, you can only book 2 weeks in advance.

    Presumably having received the hotel code there is no reason to not close the spend and save plus account prior to having an account fee charged in November

    Seems it is, only allowed one (in sole name).

    You can have as many Spend & Save accounts as you like. I currently have 6 on the go.

    You can only have one Spend & Save Plus account.
