On the 8th day since the gift is selected, no other email received. Contacted MLP via webform just now. Not a very good experience needing to wait another 5 days to hear back from them!

Yes, i'm in exactly the same boat. Sent my enquiry yesterday, and now told to wait another 5 days for a response.

Wonder if it's worth putting a complaint in? I know it's only a fairly trivial thing (which I'm confident will get resolved), but I'm also not someone to turn down a goodwill gesture if it's offered.

7:00AM: Sent filled webform.
11:50AM: Received the email with subject "...here is your gift".

Phew.... What is the next challenge, I wonder....!

Finally got the email too, only to discover that the 2 hotels that I was previously eyeing up, have now disappeared from the available list lol

It's max 13 days in advance too which makes planning more difficult

How long do they give you to book a stay somewhere? I’d be looking for a night away next spring if I decide to go for the hotel instead of cinema tickets offer.
