• And did you get an Amended POC from Gladstones, end of Feb/early March?
• Does that Order refer to the same Claim Number at the top, as Elise Davies puts at the top of her WS … or are there two different claims?

@Coupon-mad i have only 2 emails from Gladstones. One 9 march and second 24 February . Now im thinking maybe i have more POC from Iceland…not yo sure what to do...if i have missed court what's going to happen next?.

I think this is the fifth time I've asked some of them. I never asked for dates of emails.

I have only couple letters from Gladstones thats it .

Can i ask what mean amendet POC? I received one letter from Gladstones i think in same letter where found all WS, no more post i received from them. Just now coming new fines..or old...

Now i understand.. yesterday when i go court i give her my two cases numbers but first i asked her about this Horizon Parking and after she come back just give me one paper( order) and told me wait for letter for another case…

If im correct i need wait for letter from the court now?

Im totaly lost here...

But I see I was right:

You have two claims and seem to have supplied witness statements & evidence for neither of them, and have seemingly(?) lost the court letters with the two separate hearing dates on, and have already missed one hearing. Oh dear.

The problem is since October i been recovering from my last brain operation... i didn't move left hand and left leg..basically left side im learning again..

After this third anesthesia i forgot some things like this Courts and other things

I'm just stayed at home with physiotherapy...just month ago i started moving my left hand properly..but still can't write anything with my left hand...last week ago i just started searching for the court date but someone from my family just bin all the letters...i know its all my fault..but do i need wait letter from court now or i can go Monday to the court again and ask for the final fine? I read someone said they can put mark on my credit for like 6-7 years?

Im recovering now so I will keep eye on any letters or courts that needs to be attend. In this case maybe I can provide my hospital letter to explain why I missed my the court? Anyone can advise on this?

Court was 17th March nearly month ago..
