  • Hello everyone,

I received  receipt letter  from HM ,

Do i need to wait for the  N180 form by post or do i need to download it online and fill it in? ( i have already done online form)

I received an email last week from the Gladstones including Claimant’s completed Directions Questionnaire.
Do i need to wait for the n180 or just email Gladstones and the  HM court now with my online form?

    Thank you

Check your status page on MCOL and when you see that CNBC has sent your DQ, then you can download one, complete it and send to CNBC and claimant.

    Thank you

Your WS must be due, so your chance to have your say

Check your court order letter that your local civil court sent to. You a few months ago for the 3 deadlines

NB ! Gladstones never attend court in these cases, but they may send an advocate instead

No, they cant help you because they transferred the case to Chelmsford 7 months ago ( I did say your local civil court )

Looks like they mailed that court order to you back in February

Chelmsford court either have or should be posting you a letter with the pencilled in hearing date, the hearing fee deadline date, plus the Witness Statement deadline too ( unless its in that letter ? )

A the defendant, it's your self imposed job to deal with Gladstones and also with Chelmsford court

That court order above states that Gladstones needed to provide a proper POC to you and also to the court in late February, so have both entities received the amendment ?

Dont bother with the CNBC or MCOL, because they washed their hands of it 7 months ago
