What is the date she signed that WS?

And did you get an Amended POC from Gladstones, end of Feb/early March?

I received 2 letters

One on February and yoday another one

No i didn't move anywhere

The reference at the foot of the Witness Statement is different. But is that your car registration plate?
Have they have posted you a WS for a different case?

There is also a reference ending in 197 in the latest letters. Do they mean anything to you?

Someone is confused! Could be me but you have received a letter before claim but you already have a live court case! I suspect as @Car1980 writes, there is more than one case involved here.

I think that the new LBC is for a different pcn , a new separate invoice than the one in the court claim

Yep that's clearly the case. These letters are about another PCN and are irrelevant to the court claim.

I have only one email from Deanne@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk

On 24 Februaryi received WS. I lost the letter with hearing date and missed the hearing which was on 17 March . Will I receive fine from court ?

• Does that Order refer to the same Claim Number at the top, as Elise Davies puts at the top of her WS … or are there two different claims?
