Iam helping my step daughter with this.
Her husband the registered keeper has received a invitation from the court. The AOS has been done today and will look into completing the defence.
The claim is for no valid pay and display permit was purchased?
Iam told he purchased ticket there is video showing ticket in windscreen and payment showing on bank statement, iam told they still have the ticket.
He is a Ukraine national at the moment he is in Ukraine and will possible be there until mid to end of November.
I presume all the above information is kept until witness stage.

On the day in question a ticket was purchased and displayed in the windscreen, Euro Car Parks LTD was provided with a copy of the ticket and conformation of payment at appeal.
We have video of car with ticket displayed, ticket with Euro Car Park LTD logo showing it was provided to them at appeal, conformation from bank of payment.
First attempt at defence.

Yep that's good as your paragraph 3. They'll discontinue before the hearing in the end!
Once your defence is in, we need you:
It's very important that people like you please join us to reply to the new Public Consultation, to tell the Government that:
a) you have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be the SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 promised the public. As long as it is independent (and only ONE appeals service, not two involved in a race to the bottom) that will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.
b). THAT THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. DISPUTED CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY A THIRD PARTY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND OFFERING A 'PAYMENT PLAN' WHICH SHOULDN'T COST MORE MONEY, NOT EVEN A PENNY.
c). Tell them about your experience and that your case has reached court stage, precisely because (a) and (b) above mean there is no option, no safeguard for consumers EXCEPT to defend court claims and get proper dispute resolution.
Responses are invited to the Consultation now:
