Mine has been just renewed another £2 increase. 10% increase followed by a 9% increase in the last 2 years.

Same here. Mine went up from £20 to £22 last year and to £24 from my latest renewal, which was last month.

Update to my post of yesterday.

A lady called Sarah from BT complaints has just been on the phone to say that they agree with me that they have billed incorrectly for the final bill.

However that rather than mess about for the £1.58 that I do owe them , as a kind of apology she has cancelled the final bill altogether and I have nothing more to pay.

I have to say that it what I have found before with BT.
Their automated systems often (frequently?) get things wrong; but when you complain the humans are quick to put things right.

I'm with Fibrus, however they only operate in Northern Ireland and Cumbria at the moment.

They are currently spreading through Cumbria and have reached our town.

Being new here they are offering a half price discount to attract new customers, with no price increase for 18 months.
(That will do me nicely for the next 18 months and then I'll look round again).
